The Zarea hotel has taken guests since 1981. It doesn't look new. It doesn't need to. What's for sale now is the whole enterprise: the building, the land it stands on, and the hotel still running inside.
Behind Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare, on its own forecourt under mature trees, the tower keeps a low entrance annex and heats itself independently, with its own boiler house and full utility connections. None of it is idle: 137 rooms, a 30-seat conference room and a 50-seat café are all in daily use.
